Welcome to GasApp, your on-demand fuel delivery solution. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our website, mobile application, or any services operated by GasApp (“us”, “we”, or “our”). By accessing or using GasApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use GasApp. By registering an account, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Services Provided

GasApp offers scheduled fuel delivery services to subscribed members. Customers can choose fuel types (Regular or Premium), delivery windows, and manage their vehicles through their GasApp account.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• You may only register one account per user.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Users must subscribe to a membership plan to access fuel delivery services.

• Payment is processed before fuel delivery and is charged automatically to your saved payment method.

• All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.

• Fuel prices may vary based on market conditions and are updated accordingly.
  
  SMS Notifications

  By subscribing to GasApp, you agree to receive SMS messages for operational purposes such as:

  • Delivery scheduling and confirmation

  • Location and arrival alerts

  • Service reminders and updates

  Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out anytime by replying STOP to any SMS message.

5. Fuel Deliveries

• You must schedule a delivery time and provide an accurate location.

• Fuel deliveries are subject to availability and local operating conditions.

• You agree to ensure your vehicle’s fuel tank is accessible at the time of delivery.

6. Cancellations

• You may cancel a scheduled delivery up until the driver is dispatched.

• Late cancellations may incur a service fee.

• Memberships can be cancelled anytime, but partial refunds are not provided.

7. Location Services

• GasApp uses your device’s location to find and service your vehicle.

• You must allow GPS access for accurate delivery.

• We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to inaccurate or unavailable location data.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any local, state, or federal laws.

• Tamper with or misuse the services.

• Attempt to access other users’ data or accounts.

9. Intellectual Property

All content and trademarks on GasApp are the property of GasApp or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

GasApp is not liable for:

• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or other uncontrollable conditions.

• Any damage due to user negligence or misinformation.

• Indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms. You may also cancel your account at any time through your dashboard.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. We’ll notify you of significant changes via email or on the platform. Continued use of GasApp means you accept the updated terms.
